More Information

No amount of studying prepares you for entrepreneurship. “Experience sharing helps. That’s why I’m telling you here in the podcast how the stations in my life have lined up so far. Why I was already an entrepreneur as a student, but still learned at a corporation. How I came into contact with VC relatively late and the whole roller coaster of lastminute.com, BILD.de (not proud), DocMorris, Qype, 9flats.com, Wimdu, Creative Destruction Lab and Sustainable Aero Lab.

How did that come about?
Peer-Arne Böttcher is the bedrock of business networking. He now builds #Turnbull and #TheTuranlist as a podcast. You can hear that he is an absolute professional as a trained journalist.

Why am I sharing this now?
Because I’ve been coaching more and more adult entrepreneurs over the last few years, and in self-reflection I realize how often I’ve benefited at various stages from people who had more experience than I did and took time out of their day for me.

We actually did it all in 59 minutes. I could still practice breathing techniques in the process.

My journey from founder to coach

How to find ‘What’s Next”?

As a serial entrepreneur, I went through seven “What’s Next” phases. I guided countless founders through phases of searching for their next thing. Here are some points that I learned. 1) We tend to overemphasize avoiding a painful experience. People who leave their...
